Corporate Ambassador Program

Overview

The Corporate Ambassador Program is a structured, cohort‑based training program that helps companies turn motivated employees into confident, credible LinkedIn brand ambassadors.

Instead of relying solely on company pages or paid media, the program empowers employees to amplify company narratives through their own professional voices - safely, consistently, and on‑brand.

The result: higher reach, stronger credibility, and more meaningful engagement than brand‑only LinkedIn activity.

How the program is structured

Pre‑Program Alignment (Company Only)

Before the cohort starts, Brandline works with Marketing / Comms / PR to:

  • Align on company narratives and priorities

  • Define topics employees are encouraged to speak about

  • Set clear guardrails and escalation rules

  • Share approved resources, links, and visuals

  • Agree on success metrics

This ensures narrative control and confidence before employees post.

The 4‑Session Program

Session 1: Personal Branding within the Company Narrative
Employees learn how to build a credible personal brand that supports the company narrative. This includes profile optimisation, defining professional positioning, and understanding what to post (and what not to post). Participants publish their first content during this session.

Session 2: Creating Great Content
Participants learn the anatomy of strong LinkedIn posts, storytelling fundamentals, positioning strategies, and how to use core LinkedIn formats effectively. Advanced formats are introduced as optional tools, not requirements.

Session 3: Personal Content Strategy & Measurement
Employees build a realistic, sustainable content strategy aligned with both personal and company goals. The session covers analytics, success metrics, and how to measure both individual impact and company‑level signals.

Session 4: Strategy Presentations & Next Steps
Participants present their content strategies, review activity, share learnings, and define a clear 30‑60‑90 day plan to ensure continued activity after the program ends.

Post-Program Support (2 Weeks)

Following the final live session, participants receive two additional weeks support to help embed new behaviours.

This includes:

Ongoing feedback and guidance via email

Slack support (where available) for questions, post checks, and confidence-building

This phase ensures momentum continues beyond the live sessions and helps turn short-term learning into sustainable habits.

What companies get out of the program

Why this program works

  • People trust people more than logos

  • Clear guardrails enable confidence and consistency

  • Behaviour change matters more than one‑off posts

This program focuses on how people actually show up on LinkedIn, not just what they should post.
